Services and prices

General information and conditions:

Guests can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out is possible after prior agreement but only outside the Summer season. 

Please respect the check-in and check-out times as we have to prepare the apartments for next guests.

Free parking is available on site as well as on the street in front of the property. Locked storage place can be used by guests to store their bikes, motorbikes, baby strollers, skis, etc.

All bed linen is provided. Toilet paper and towels are prepared depending on number of guests. During the colder months we provide a fleece blanket for each bed. Please do not remove this blanket from your room and don’t use it outside as picnic, beach blanket or if you sit outside by the fire, etc. Towels are also to be used inside and not for the beach. Guests have to bring their own towels and blankets to use outside the accommodation.

High-speed Wifi connection is available for free throughout the whole property. Guests receive the password upon arrival.

During their stay guests keep the appartment clean and dispose of their rubbish. The final cleaning is done by the owner.

Guests dispose of their rubbish in dedicated containers at a specified place. 

We ask our guests to behave in such manner to avoid any damage to the property, furnishing and surrounding nature and environment.

The guests are not authorised without prior agreement of the owner to move furniture and appliences, make any changes and alterations to the house equipment, electrical fittings and wiring, heating systém and other appliences inside the apartment as well as in the common areas.

It is not allowed to use own electric appliances except computers and tablets.

Smoking and use of any drugs is forbidden in the whole property. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule.

Pets are not allowed. 

If you would like to use the wood burner, please tell us in advance and we will explain how to use it and where you can find the logs.

Guests are reminded that they are responsible for any damage caused by them and their family members to the owner and to the other guests. In case of loss of the keys the guests will have to pay for new locks, their replacement and new keys in required quantity.

Before departure the guests are requested to turn off water taps, kitchen appliances, switch off the lights and close the windows throughout their apartment and the common areas and lock the front door.

Reservation and payment:

For reservation enquiries, dates and apartment availability, please contact us by phone or email. We will reply as soon as possible.

We will send you all necessary information regarding the reservation deposit payment after we agree on dates and conditions. The reservation is completed and final after you make the payment of the reservation deposit.

Your stay can be partly or fully paid by your employer. We can provide the invoice for the payment upon receiving all relevant information.

The balance of the payment plus tourist tax 21 CZK per person per day is payable in full, at the latest, on the day of arrival.


Cancellation fees:

Cancellation of entire or part of the stay:

  1. More than 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of the reservation deposit
  2. Less than 14 days prior to arrival – 100% of the reservation deposit

An early departure (when guests check out prior to agreed check out date): 100% of the total amount.

By confirming the reservation and paying the reservation deposit the client confirms that he/she has read and accepted the above stated conditions.

App 3 max. 6 prs. 17.500 Kč/week.

Low season:

App 1 max. 4 prs.10.500 Kč/week.

App 3 max. 6 prs. 14.000 Kč/week.
